Taking on new clients

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in the province of Ontario. I offer both in-person and virtual psychotherapeutic services. My clinical approach is integrative in nature, informed by emotion-focused therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness. I am passionate about working with members of the local emergency services community using my training in rehabilitative psychology.

In addition to my psychotherapy services, I also offer psychological assessments (psychoeducational, ADHD, and psychodiagnostics) to adolescents and adults and therapist consultation and supervision. I currently supervise graduate students in therapy and assessment at the University of Windsor.

Clinical Psychologist

Taking on new clients

I am a clinical psychologist licensed with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. Although I have extensive experience working with youth, I am currently expanding my practice to support adults as well. During this learning stage, my work with adults will be supervised by Dr. Shawn Harrington to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

I am offering therapy services to adults who present with a range of concerns including anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, traumatic stress, ADHD, parenting stress, and relationship challenges. I am also offering some limited assessment services, including psychodiagnostic evaluations for adults related to mental health concerns and ADHD.

Whether you're seeking therapy or a psychological assessment, my goal is to provide a thoughtful, supportive space where you can feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change.

Taking on new clients

My approach to therapy is rooted in existential-humanistic principles, emphasizing meaning, authenticity, emotional truth, and personal responsibility. I believe psychological suffering emerges primarily from disconnection—from oneself, others, reality, or deeper values—as well as unmet psychological needs, inner conflict, and rigid or distorted belief systems.

Rather than viewing symptoms as pathology alone, I approach them as signals—indicators of imbalance, disorientation, or internal resistance. Therapy, in this sense, becomes a space to interpret these signals, reconnect with values, and realign with a more authentic and growth-oriented way of living.

Taking on new clients

I work with patients with a broad range of psychological challenges and life circumstances that bring them in for therapy. I provide patients with an opportunity to better understand difficult thoughts and behaviours, distressing emotions, and painful memories – my goal is to help create the conditions for meaningful change.

I care about understanding my patients' current problems, and also how those problems emerged. My training is grounded in Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I have an integrative approach to therapy, which means that I work with my patients to set therapeutic goals that are consistent with their needs all while assessing each patient individually and using the appropriate tool for the job.

I am a senior doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Windsor. I have a breadth of experience working with diverse clients presenting with a wide variety of psychological problems. I also specialize in working with relationship challenges and men's issues.
